What is included in the entry fee?
In addition to participation in the event itself, you also get an official t-shirt
as well as entry to the post-party featuring
the band Calling Glory.
Why do I have to pay a $5 Insurance Fee?
In the event that you or someone else gets hurt, the $5 insurance fee covers you.
This is mandatory to participate in The Conquest.
Do I have to Sign a Waiver?
Yes. On the day of The Conquest you will be given a waiver to sign.
The waiver will state that you acknowledge (among other things)
that by participating in The Conquest you expose yourself to certain risks,
including the risk of personal injury.
Can Children Enter The Conquest?
For insurance and legal reasons, ALL participants in the United States must be at
least 16 years old. However, if a participant is a minor, they must present a waiver
signed by their parent or legal guardian on the day of the event.
Due to insurance and legal issues, we cannot make any exceptions.
When is the deadline for registering for The Conquest?
Registration Deadline is as follows:
- Early Bird Special: On or Before March 15, 2013

- Online registration ends June 21 @ noon.
- You may sill register in person 45 mins. before the event starts
Do I have to Register to be a Spectator?
Of course not! We want you to come and see what you're missing out on.
Do Spectators have to sign a Waiver?
A spectator is only required to sign a release for filming.
What can a spectator bring?
Spectators may bring lawn chairs, strollers, video recorders, cameras,
and purses/bags. No outside food, drinks, alcohol or any pets into the event.
Will The Conquest be filmed?
Yes, the cameras will be rolling. So, remember to bring that favorite costume of yours!
Is there a rain date?
In the event of severe weather, The Conquest will be rescheduled for June 29, 2013
and an announcement will be made on our website to confirm this.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all registration fees are final.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Sorry, tickets are non-transferable.
